Ashlyn M. Fiegener, PhD, is an assistant professor in the Educational Leadership program at Oklahoma State University. Her primary research interests include teacher well-being and retention, the coherence and organization of the instructional environment, social learning spaces, and how leaders use intentional conversation to transform organizations. Ashlyn works closely with Project ECHO®, serving on the hub teams for TeleNGAGE in Oklahoma and TeleLEAD in India. She also co-leads a mentoring program for novice teachers in Oklahoma.
