Younglong “Rachel” Kim is a Graduate Research Associate and PhD candidate in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program at Oklahoma State University. Since 2006, she has served diverse students from K12 to university as a teacher locally and globally. Her research interests include equity, educational access, social learning spaces, educational leadership, ECHO education, and technology integration.
