Director of Marketing and Public Relations, North America, Adizes Worldwide Institute
Kathryn Moore runs KM Consulting and serves as director of marketing and public relations, North America, for Adizes Worldwide Institute. At age 23, Kat was recruited to one of the world’s largest financial service companies as the youngest vice president in their private equity division, where she helped raise more than $500 million annually. At 26, disillusioned with the world of finance, Kat solo backpacked through 14 countries. This global exposure to the hardships of women and children had a life-changing impact on her. She co-chaired a capital campaign to build the first LEED Platinum Certified educational facility in the United States. As a founding member/ambassador of the Friends of ECHO, Kathryn enjoys outreach, fundraising, as well as working to create ECHO HUBs for special education teachers, homelessness, and programs that will help give Californians better access to healthcare.
