Jentre J. Olsen, PhD, is an assistant professor and Brock Chair of Innovative Educational Leadership at Oklahoma State University. His research focuses primarily on innovative approaches to school leadership and organizational learning, exploring the value created through social learning spaces and the effects of intentional conversation in supporting teacher and leader psychological needs. Jentre also works closely with Project ECHO®, serving on the Hub Teams for TeleED in the U.S. and TeleLEAD in India.
