Olajumoke “Beulah” Adigun, PhD, is an assistant professor in Educational Leadership at Oklahoma State University and Director of Research at the Leadership and Policy Center for Thriving Schools and Communities (THRIVE). With a background in mental health and community development, Dr. Adigun has spent the last two decades working in several strategy-focused capacities, using both large data and nuanced individual responses to design pathways for effective and collaborative engagement in organizations. Currently, her research focuses on explicating the psychosocial processes that affect student/teacher engagement and well-being.
